Rooms for Rental
U.D. Himawan Djaja Susastra owns a two story house with its Rooms for
Rental.
The boarding  house was built in 2005 and completed in 2006.

There are 24 rooms, 1 common kitchen, garage, front yard, guests reception areas,
and storage room.

All rooms equipped with Air Conditioner, Furnished, and Bed, all bathrooms with
Central Water Heater Hot and Cold. Drinking water Hot and Cold from Aqua water
dispenser is provided for free for tenants.

There are 2 small rooms with its own bathrooms, 18 small rooms sharing 8
bathrooms, 3 big rooms with its own bathrooms and balconies on the second floor,
and 1 Big room, the biggest, with bathroom but no balcony on the first floor.

Common Kitchen has 2 stoves for cooking, refrigerators, microwave, toaster,
blender, water dispenser hot and cold, chairs and table and kitchen utensils.

Location is at Jl. Talang Betutu no. 8A, Jakarta Pusat (Central Jakarta) 10230, DKI
Jakarta, Indonesia.

Right in Downtown Jakarta, near to Hotel Indonesia and Welcoming Fountain. Within
15 minutes walking distance to mall Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Plaza EX
where you can shop anything from clothing  to groceries. Plaza EX is where Hard
Rock Cafe, Fashion Bar, Bowling, Cinema, and many restaurants are all in one place
and open until 3 am in the morning.  Hotels nearby are Hotel Grand  Indonesia,
Mandarin Hotel, Nikko Hotel, and Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Within only 5 minutes walk you can enjoy foods from Sizzler, American Grill, and
Kinno Taki Japanese restaurant.

Opposite at Jl. Blora you will find more restaurants and night clubs.

Very easy access to Motorcycle taxis (Ojeks), Taxis,  Buses and Electric Train.
Within 5 minutes walk you will arrive at major bus stop within Busway Network that
will take you all around Jakarta in efficient and fast way.
